What is Coaching?
Coaching is a very powerful forward-looking system that helps you gain clarity, keeps you motivated and helps you move in the right direction. It provides an external perspective to a goal and helps with several paths to achieve them. Coaching is about getting the very best out of you and enabling you to make decisions that will improve your life.

What will be the methodology followed in coaching?
In coaching, you will be asked to come up with goals and the coach supports you by using various tools to discover and achieve those goals.
How is coaching different from mentoring and therapy?
Therapy looks more from the past to the present and helps in healing and mentoring deep dives on a subject matter/topic. Whereas, coaching helps you look from present to future which helps move in the right direction to achieve your goals.

Who should sign up for coaching?

You should sign up for coaching only if you are willing to work towards your goals and willing to take action and make changes in your life.

Achieving goals takes time. You must be willing to be patient and work towards them. Change is not always comfortable but the results are usually truly astonishing and must be embraced.

How many sessions do I need?
