Introspection

How often do you introspect yourself?

Do you listen to your intuition at all?




Here are 3 steps to Introspection:


  • Listen to your Intuition

    • Our mind has a strong sense of Intuition. Often we ignore them. Listening to them will give confidence to our minds that we are thinking before taking action. It will enable us to make the right decisions and helps in gaining clarity.


  • Journal your emotions

    • Writing down what you experience is the best way of manifesting what you want, into your mind. It is also a way to communicate with your subconscious mind.


  • Nurture, explore and experience the emotions

    • Build up on what you feel. Nurture them. Allow your mind to explore them and finally experience the feelings.
