I admit, until a few years back I was not an avid reader. I started reading a few self-development books because I found the title very interesting. It took me months to finish my first book. I almost forgot the first few chapters while I was reading the second half of the book. I was happy that I finished it.
I picked up another book and finished it in two months!
This gave me a push to read more such books as they brought me to a completely new world. It made me think, explore, understand other people's perspectives and got me interested in reading more. While opening myself to this world of books, I started exploring other Genres. I enjoy reading Self-development, Leadership and Finance education books.
Books are an easily available resource and the best way to learn from experts around the world. Reading books has opened me to a new world of learning and connecting with people.
Below are the books that have inspired me:
Radical Candor by Kim Malone Scott
Your Money or your Life by Vicki Robin and Joe Dominguez
Rich dad poor dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki
The Seed: Finding Purpose and Happiness in Life and Work by Jon Gordon
Ask and it is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires by Esther Hicks and Jerry Hicks
